We offer global free shipping. 

 

Delivery times

In most cases, your parcel will be delivered within the estimated times shown below. However, delivery times may occasionally be slightly shorter or longer depending on various factors. The shipping period includes inspections to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

  • USA  : 15-20 business days
  • Other countries : 15-25 business days

 

Customs

Every country maintains its own set of customs laws and procedures. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. Please note, in the unusual event that import duties or taxes are applied, they will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent shipping information emails. If your tracking number is not reflected, please try again in 3-4 days. In the case of an order with multiple items, please note that your items may be shipped in separate parcels.

 

Ordering for a special occasion

Unfortunately, we cannot assure that your order will arrive in time for specific events or special occasions like parties, weddings, anniversaries, and so on.

 

Lost, returned, or stolen parcels

If the shipping courier has marked your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, there could be a few different explanations. Your parcel might have been misplaced, stolen, incorrectly delivered, or still in transit. To address this concern, we kindly ask that you promptly email us with your order number and a description of the issue.

 Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if they are delivered to a shared location such as a shop, restaurant, business address, military base or apartment complex. We also cannot take responsibility for missing or returned parcels if the shipping address provided to us was incorrect or if the parcel was not collected in a timely manner. As such, we are not obligated to issue refunds under these circumstances. It is your responsibility as our valued customer to ensure that all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order. Should any unclaimed or undeliverable parcels be returned to us, we can arrange re-shipping at the customer's expense.
