Refund & Return

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Romantic Fairytale. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with an item, you can request a return within 5 days of receiving it. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return due to change of mind

Please contact info@romantic-fairytale.com within 5 days of receiving the item for a return.
Unwanted items must be returned to the address we provide via email within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with their original tags and packaging.
You will be required to arrange a courier to send your parcel back to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service for sending any parcels.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and at your own expense. We will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during transit.

Damages and issues

We must be notified via email of any items that have arrived damaged within 5 days of receiving the goods.
Please include your order number, the product name, and photos of the damaged item you received.
Do not return any damaged item until we have informed you to do so.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Receiving a wrong item
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at info@romantic-fairytale.com. Please include your order number and the product name, and attach phots of the wrong item you received.

Cancelation of order
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
